Night hawk R6400v2 AC1750 keeps resetting itself.
Just this week I started to have problems with my router. Don't understand why. Everything was going well. At random times, the router resets itself, red lights blink, then only one light is left on...after about 2 minutes, it starts working again. Then again, the samething happens.
I have already done some of the basic things like power down, unplug, reset, factory reset...updated firmware...nothing yet. I just don't know what's going on. I do have spectrum, but never had an issue with them.
This is what I have:
Router: AC1750 Smart Wifi Router
Model #:R6400v2
Firmware: V1.0.4.106_10.0.80
Modem: Arris Surfboard 6190

I have the exact same issue. I ended up buying a Linksys in the meantime but I really liked this router. I tried calling customer support and they wouldn't talk to me since I bought the product over 90 days ago. It's really ashame since this seems to be affecting a lot of routers. They actually sent me another one a couple of months ago and it had the exact same issue. Has to be something on their side. Let me know if you hear anything, please/
