NightHawk R7000 with Circle not connecting for ethernet ports

Hello!

My devices were all working well until I had to reset my modem last night. I was able to reconfigure my modem and router, and my premium services for Circle 1st gen are working for anything connected via WiFi (for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). However, my filtering is not working for anything connected via ethernet cable (and it was previously).

I have a network switch that I connect my cables through. My smart TV has a cable in the wall that runs to the switch.
