NightHawk R8000P Block Sites From A Specific Device Only

I wanna block a site on a specific ip. I have a older game console and i wanna block the servers that update the system, so i dont have to worry about my device automatically updating. I have autoupdates disabled in settings on my console but even then it will still auto start firmware updating and its annoying. ive had DNS setup on it that did block it, but i wanna do it just from my router so i wont need to setup dns settings, basically because the dns server i was using also blocks some other things i DO wanna access, there are multiple sites that i have to block and i do have them all. so if you know how, please let me know
