Hello-
I have confirmed with my ISP (and neighbors) that service is working.
I have a Netgear modem as well CM700.
When I go to the app, it says it cannot find my router. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting prompts.
I’ve rebooted several+ times. The lights are on both devices but still no wifi. It’s been 14 hours. I’m not sure what else to do. Thank you in advance.

Sad to have to pay for support to just factory reset.
Its usually one of the first things we start with once we have all the data

I should add my ISP was able to ping my modem successfully.

Do wired devices work?
ALL the lights on the router are on?
Can devices see the wifi but not connect?
Do they connect but say "connected, no internet"?
What actually happens?
Do ANY wireless devices work?

Thank you for getting back to me! I had to revert to paying for tech support. We had to do a factory reset.
