Nighthawk AC3200 R8000 and DHCP
Does anyone know if there is a way to reload or restart the DHCP server without having to reboot the whole router? Specifically I just want to assign fixed IP addresses to specific MAC addresses without having to reboot the router every time. I am a home automation hobbyist, so I probably do this way more often than the average consumer, and it's also a lot more disruptive as I have a wide variety of devices on my home network, some of which do not react well to the router going away and have to be rebooted themselves, so this is a huge annoyance for me. It's also a huge annoyance for my wife who doesn't react well to having her shows interrupted.
Thanks,
--Greg
