What's your actual model number? Look at the product label.
> Model: R7000|AC1900 Smart WIFI Router
An R7000 is not a "v2". There is a "D7000v2". If that modem+router
is your "the AC1900 - 7000V2 router", then it may not be supported by
the Nighthawk app. See, for example:

I see no Dxxxx models in the list(s) on the right side there.

You are correct. I actually had trouble getting my model accepterd in the Model field when i opened the request. I have a Netgear NighthawkAC1900 Model D7000-2.
