Nighthawk R6700v3 support fiber ?
Nighthawk R6700v3
Firmware Version
V1.0.4.128_10.0.10
Windows 10 , ROKU Youtube TV , iOS phones
Just moved and have Spectrum Fiber installed ,, using Spectrum Fiber modem and my Nighthawk router...
Seems that the Nighthawk router is not compatible with Fiber,,,
I have tried all the typical tasks without any luck,,,,
Experiencing Slow internet connect to urls via iphones ,,, elongated connecting from Smart TV/Roku ,, Netflix/Youtube TV,,,,
Does this router support fiber ? Do i need to have Spectrum install their rental
router.... Is this some tweek that needs to be done ???
Thanks in advance

Re: Nighthawk R6700v3 support fiber ?
What fibre gateway did they install? (model)
It should work fine on fibre so long as your connection info is correct
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity

Did that include a rest for your router?
You need it to forget its settings from your previous network.
As @plemans says, there is no reason why a router shouldn't work with any Internet service, With fibre it is often just a case of plugging the WAN port from the router into the LAN port on your fibre connection.

It sounds like the thing is working. So, back to that reset.

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V• What is the difference between WiFi 6 and WiFi 7?
