Nighthawk R7000 AC1900 firmware corrupted

My Netgear R7000 AC1900 just got problems on firmware again ( Power light flashing continuously). Reset did not help. I have tried to install firmware via TFTPD64 ( last time I reinstalled firmware was working well), but this time LAN port does not communicate or fail ( Message on PC showing unplugged, Ping on CMD unreachable). How to solve this problem. Thanks for helps!

You may be a candidate for the TFTP recovery scheme.  See, for
example:

No third-party software is required.  Windows includes a TFTP program
(although you might need to enable it).

Too vague to be a useful problem description.

The TFTP recovery scheme is a multi-step procedure which offers
multiple opportunities for user input, hence user error.  By itself,
saying that you "tried" it doesn't say much.  As usual, showing actual
actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.  Especially when using a command-line program,
copy+paste is your friend.

Thanks alot for your comments Antinode.
Here with what i did:
I use 3rd party tfdp64.exe soft.
Used cmd to ping rounter: ping 192.168.1.1
reply from 192.168.1.10 is unreachable. I think that may be the reason why i can not install the firmware

Ok.  The computer is at "192.168.1.10"?

If "ping" fails, then there's not much hope for TFTP.

I'd try playing with power-on and Reset, to see if I could find a
way/time to catch it with "ping" working" and/or a TFTP server running.

Does the LAN port-status LED on the R7000 show a good physical link?

While we're here, which file did you intend to send?

Yes, the computer ip address is 192.168.1.10
I have done many reset, but it there were no luck.
Power on and off many times did not help.
All lights are flashing, no signal showed that LAN ports are working
