Nighthawk R7000
My router is about 4 years old. I'v been having trouble with internet provider, but now wifi is not working the lights on the router for the 2.4 and 5 ghz are not lit up. Just wondering how to tell if the router is dead or if its a set up issue from having to reset because of internet service. Cost of extended support is almost what a new router would cost anyway.

Re: Nighthawk R7000
There's a wifi on/off button. Push and hold it for 2 seconds. many times booger eaters or fur babies hit it.

Re: Nighthawk R7000
It's turned on. Some of the lights are on, just not the ones that indicate that the radio is working. Thank's for the reply. I appreciate it.

Re: Nighthawk R7000
If pressing the wifi button didn't solve it maybe you can just try to do a hard reset by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds with a paper clip. It will be back to factory defaults. Let us know what happens.
