I purchased about 6 years ago a Nighthawk Router R8500 as it was the best I could have purchased. It has the latest firmware installed. For about a week I noticed that my Windows 2016 Server is being hit every second by 193.142.146.215, as per the Event Viewer - Security list. I understand that the Firewall is hidden from the user and no user settings are possible. Is there any function belonging to the router which allows blocking incoming/inbound access based on IP addresses? Is there anything I can do besides getting a different brand? Thank you

No, this router does not have advanced firewall settings you can change to prevent this.
