Nighthawk X4S

Help please! I have a nighhawk X4S router but need to extend to garden room. What is the best option for this?

    How far from the router is the garden room? 

    Is it a seperate building?

        80 meters? 240ft? 

        Its going to be to far for a range extender. 

        Options? 

        1. burying an ethernet wire. An underground rated one. They're good for up to 100m

        2. using a coax connection with a moca adapter (ethernet over coax)

        3. use a point to point system like netgear airbridge.
