Try this, press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. After all LEDS turn OFF and the power LED turns ON, pull the power plug from the wall out let for 1 minute. Press the power button in back so thats it's in the OFF position. Then after 1 minute, plug in the power adapter then turn ON the router in back.
When the router is ready, walk thru the setup wizard using a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1 and complete the setup wizard process.

Thanks for writing. I did those steps and I think the 2.4ghz is now sort of visible, but the signal is so weak, the printer cannot pick it up. The router and printer are practically beside one another.

How long have you had the router for?
How are you determining the single is weak?

I've had the router for about 1.5 years. It was a renewed one from Amazon.
The signal shows up sometimes on my phone's wifi list with 1 bar. Sometimes I can connect to it, sometimes it disappears before it has time to connect.- FURRYe38Feb 04, 2023Guru - Experienced User
What brand and model is the phone?
Does this happen with other wifi devices on the 2.4Ghz radio?
Do you have Smart Connect disable?
Using channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz same thing happens?
Do you have Enable WMM and beamforming and MIMO enabled and 40Mhz only selected Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
