Nighthawk X6 R8000 2.4ghz won't broadcast

What brand and model is the phone?
Does this happen with other wifi devices on the 2.4Ghz radio?
Do you have Smart Connect disable?
Using channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz same thing happens?
Do you have Enable WMM and beamforming and MIMO enabled and 40Mhz only selected Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
What brand and model is the phone?
- Happens across multiple models (Samsungs, Honor)
Does this happen with other wifi devices on the 2.4Ghz radio?
- Don't have any other devices on the 2.4. Only laptops connected to the 5ghz.

- Yes

- Yes

- Yes WMM (YES QoS)
- Yes Beamforming
- No MIMO - don't think my printer or my phones are compatible and can't find the setting on my router admin portal
- I unselected 20/40 mhz coexistence
Possible the radio maybe going bad...
