Need to refresh most websites 2-3 times before making connection. Very frustrating. Using Firmware version V1.0.4.84. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Downgrade FW to v.62 or v.62.

You can also try enabling IPv6 and rebooting the router/device as well. Thats fixed it for some

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
