My Nighthawk R8000 will not communicate with Ipad3 and Iphone 5.
The " look for network symbol" keeps rotating in my Ipad. However Android and PC works fine.
In my humble opinion iOS devices should also connect directly to the router without too much irritating inconvenience.
Maybe the product (NIghtmare 8000) was released a little bit too early. I'm not the only one with similar problems.

Re: Nighthawk X6 R8000
Hi Tryggve,
If there are devices that works fine with the router then the router is not the problem. Check with the iOS version of your devices and make sure it is updated. Change the channel of the router as well.

Re: Nighthawk X6 R8000
The problem is not solved.
Ipad has iOS9.3.5.
Changing channels did not do the trick.
Which channels should I choose for 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz?
