My router is working fine, but when I picked it up and moved it I noticed a rattle. I think something small may have fallen into the box. I found 2 obvious hex screws on the bottom, but I'm sure I must be something else to open the box. I'd appreciate any help.

There are more screws on the feet.
Remove the rubber feet in each corner and you'll see more screws.

I already looked there. I found a video for the x6, but it's a different box and doesn't apply.

Thanks, that did the trick! It turned out to be a little piece of black plastic that had broken off something.
For anyone trying to accomplish this, you can pry off the rubber feet with a screwdriver. If you're careful, you can just pry up half and bend it back enough to remove the screw without taking the pad off completely, making it a little easier to just stick back on.
