I recently switched ISPs from Windstream to a local fiber provider. The router is plugged directly into the fiber card but it says no internet connection. ISP confirms everything is correct on their end. I’ve got the latest firmware for the modem. I have unplugged everything multiple times and even performed a factory reset of the modem but nothing has worked so far. The router is broadcasting the WiFi signals Fine but the router is apparently not connecting to the internet. Any help you can offer would be most appreciated!!

The router is plugged directly into my fiber card by CAT5 cable. I don’t have a separate modem.
I ended up getting it to work after a factory reset of the router settings.

How did you connect you modem with the router? And what are the settings of the internet connection section in you router?
