Nighthawk router blocking Xfinity website
I get the below error when trying to log into my account. Also I can't use my Xfinity apps do to this as well. This randomly happened after I updated my Xfinity app. I thought that was the issue but I noticed I could not log in on my computer also. I don't have any sites blocked on my router. I'm not sure why this happened. Any tips to solve this? I prefer not to do a factory reset.
Router Info:
Firmware Version v1.0.11.123

You could try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

It's saying I'm not connected to my network.

You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network.
To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.
The easiest way to manage your router’s settings and wireless network is the Nighthawk app. Learn more at the link below:"

You could also try updating to the 1.0.11.128 firmware for that router

Re: Nighthawk router blocking Xfinity website
First, try to determine if the problem is with the router/ISP or with the Xfinity service provider.
If you have an application on your smartphone - see if it works by the telephone operator (WiFi off on smartfon).
If the application works on cell data, only then you will need to check the router.

It works when I use my cell data.

Could you let me know how to download the latest firmware? I no longer see it when I log into my router. I'm currently using V1.0.11.123_10.2.100
I prefer to download through the router than the manual download.

I just did a manual update to V1.0.11.128_10.2.112 and it's still not working. I guess I'll just thrown in the towel now.

You may prefer it, but from messages appear here, that process has a higher probability of breaking a router than the manual process.
Updates over wifi are even more prone to disaster.
Your call, but I thought it worth adding a warning.

Re: Nighthawk router blocking Xfinity website
Does it work if you hardwire a pc/laptop directly into the modem? I know its worked on your phone but did you try it with the router skipped but still using the modem connection?

It does not work connected directly to the modem either.
