No Wireless Connection to Devices

I purchased this router two weeks ago, I can't get either two of my PS4's or my streaming device (MyGica) to connect to my router. I contacted support but they were unable to determine the issue. We attempted port forwarding but it didn't solve the issue. I was instructed to pay the $110 to upgrade my support but i can't justify spending the extra money on a brand new router. I enabled the features for optimized streaming and gaming but that hasn't helped at all. My samsung galaxy phone connects without issues.
Is this a normal issue with Netgear? What am i doing wrong? I've always just plugged in and been able to use the internet immediately.

Re: No Wireless Connection to Devices
Hi MarianneM,
1. Are you getting any error message when trying to connect?
2. Have you tried changing channels?
3. Is it on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?
4. Have you tried connecting wired to the router?

Re: No Wireless Connection to Devices
The 5ghz seems to be fine but most of my devices can't pick it up either.
I've tried changing the stations, tech support helped me to port forward, I've ensured to enable upnp and the two options for streaming and gaming, reset and reconfigured. Nothing has helped.
Wired works perfectly however only one of 4 devices is close enough to wire.
I live in an apartment so it's not a very far distance.
