MR1100-100NA
Been working fine for months. Today randomly there is absolutely no power to the unit and it will not turn on at all with either battery installed or battery out and plugged directly into the wall power with the supplied correct voltage plug and cable. Still under hardware warranty but website does not give any option for help except community or FAQ. It’s registered and a support ticket is created. How do I return the unit as it seems the hardware has failed. Thanks.
