Not able to update R6400 firmware, on my iPhone

I've been trying to update R6400 firmware for the last couple of days, to no avail.

I use the Nighthawk ab on my iPhone; it keeps going to load the update forever nonstop...

Any thoughts?

Use a computer and a Web browser, download the firmware package (image and release notes) from https://netgear.com/support ... type in your exact model, pick the one you own, unpack it, and manually upload as shown in the fine documentation and the release notes. Leaving alone the reliably way to expand simple ZIP files on some mobile platforms, you might be able to use your mobile phone.
