Options disabled on the Netgear X6 r7900

A few months ago I acquired that device with the intention of improving
my connectivity and fluency when browsing.
I've done a lot of research and haven't found a way to activate QoS and
some other options
In the same way, I have not managed to limit the bandwidth to a specific device,
which I liked to do on my old router.

Does anyone know how to activate those options on this device?

   Those are router functions, and your R7900 is configured as a
wireless access point, not as a router.
