Orbi RBR 850 Ethernet or Wireless Back-haul?
I have an Orbi RBR850 with 2 satellites. The router is at one end of the house. The first satellite is about 60ft away in the center of the house. The second satellite is about 40 ft beyond the first satellite at the far end of the house. Intended setup is a daisy chain network.
I can connect the first satellite to the router via Cat 8 Ethernet cable if needed. The second satellite will be wireless.
My question: Is there any benefit to using the Ethernet cable as a back-haul to the first satellite or is the built in wireless back-haul on the Orbi RBR850 a better option? If the answer is "it depends on ....". How do I determine which is best?

It really does depend.
Easiest way to test it? Buy a cheap 50-100ft ethernet cable and test both.

I prefer ethernet vs wireless. If you have the infrastructure in place.
