PPoE DSL pass login length too small

I have already solved this by modifying the html on the webpage to allow for longer passwords, though I write this more as a suggestion. On the PPoE DSL User/Pass page when first trying to log onto my VDSL internet connection the password length only allows for 16 characters. My one provided by my ISP was 18 and thus was unable to connect. By inspecting the page and modying the html limit by increasing this number I was able to establish a connection to my ISP. I was just lucky that the backend allowed for longer passwords.

 

At this stage I am unable to change my ISP password without logging a support request, so it would've taken several days from a simple bug/limit :(

       When reporting a firmware problem, it's conventional to mention the
    firmware version involved.

       That description might be a little obscure for a casual user.
