Power Adapter that Came With Netgear R7500-200NAS Nighthawk X4

I recently moved homes and a lot of plugs for my electronics got mixed up. My Netgear R7500-200NAS Nighthawk X4 worked perfect in my old house but reboots constantly in my new house. Before I send it back as defective, I want to make sure I am using the right power adapter. The one I have plugged now should be the one that goes to it; it powers on but I am not sure 100% that it is the correct one. I've attached a photo of it. For reference, it reads:
DVE Switching Adapter
Model: DSA-12G-12 FUS 120120
Input: 100-240V ~ 50/G60Hz 0.3A
Output: +12V - 1A
Level3 Efficiency Level: V
Can anyone tell me if this is the right one? Or have a photo of the original one included?
Thanks!
Joey

Yes, it's the wrong one.

I'll guess that the actual model number, as seen on the product label
(along with the power requirements for the device) would be "R7500v2".
> Output: +12V - 1A
Those lines (not a hyphen, "-") are supposed to suggest "DC".
> Can anyone tell me if this is the right one? [...]
Yes, anyone can. Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your
model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look
for "Technical Specifications", where you should see the specs for the
"Power adapter", which should agree with what's on the product label:
All regions (output): 12V/3.5A DC output
Note: 3.5A > 1A.
> [...] The one I have plugged now should be the one that goes to it;
Perhaps, but it's not.

Re: Power Adapter that Came With Netgear R7500-200NAS Nighthawk X4
I looked it up as you suggested:
Power adapter • North America: 100-240V, 50/60 Hz input
This appears to match, but the next part does not:
All regions (output): 12V/3.5A DC output
My adapter, as mentioned previously, shows +12V/1A. Could this mean I have the wrong one?

Is there a place to get an "official" replacement?

I believe that Netgear doesn't sell them. Ebay? A local electronics
store may have a generic replacement. Just make sure about 12VDC and
(at least) 3.5A. And the connectors, of course.
If you had the right one before the move, then it could be attached
to some other 12V gizmo (where it's probably living an easy life).
There's some value in labeling these things when they're new, before
they get separated from their respective appliances.

Re: Power Adapter that Came With Netgear R7500-200NAS Nighthawk X4
Guess what!
I found the darned cord plugged into a pencil sharpener! It has "Netgear" labeled on it on the other side. I plugged it in and the internet hasn't dropped yet. Saved me a waste of an RMA!
Thanks!!
