After reflashing, my database became from 2015. The database update button does not work. How do i update? since before that was 2017.

I should have turned off qos. to make the button active

I tried to use chrome, firefox, opera. Everywhere the button is inactive. I also tried to log in from the phone and look there. The result is the same.
