Ok, I don't know much about these things. The device is Netgear Up that I have connected to an Apple OS Catalina 10.15.7. I get internet service through Cox Commuications. My problem is I have an older Fitbit that I used to be able to download my personal music from the computer. The Fitbit does not work with 5G; it wants 2.4ghz. When I go to the wifi icon on my computer, I see Netgear13-5G which the computer is connected to, but there is also a Netgear13. My Fitbit is pulling up Netgear 13. Does anyone know, can I disconnect Netgear13-5G and connect to Netgear13, download my music and then reconnect to 5G?

Re: R6350
You can switch between 2.4ghz/5ghz if your device support it.
Pretty simple to do since you already have them named separate.
You shouldn't need to switch them though. The fitbit will connect to 2.4ghz and the computer to 5ghz. They'll still be able to communicate with each other.
