R6400 cycling & interference from Leica equipment

We recently purchased a LEICA CS20 data collector for GPS Survey work. After about a month we have determined that when the CS20 is turned on within a short range of our office router the router reboots and cycles through reinitializations constantly until the CS20 is turned off. We use a Netgear Nighthawk R6400 wireless router to control our internet and office wired and wireless network. We have determined that turning off Bluetooth on the CS20 and turning off wireless on the CS20 does not prevent the interference. We use a AT&T sim card for Smartnet connection. I can reproduce the error consistantly, there is no doubt that there is a problem between the R6400 and Leica CS20. Firmware on the R6400 and CS20 is current.

Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the router?

Re: R6400 cycling & interference from Leica equipment
So far changing the channel seems to work. Thank you. I thought FFC regs were to keep these sorts of things from happening.
