R6700v3 -- older firmware

I have an R6700v3 router, and I am experiencing SLOW download speeds.  I read multiple threads that address slow downloads through the ISP after applying firmware version V1.0.4.128_10.0.104.   The solution seems to be to roll back to the prior firmware version.

Where can I find prior firmware versions, in particular the one most recent BEFORE the current one?

I also saw posts where some users contacted NG support and was given a non published beta that seemed to solve problems as well. Might make contact with NG support and ask about this as well.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'm beyond my support period, so not sure if they'll talk to me.  PS - also sending you a PM re: the beta firmware for RAX120v2.
