Hello Netheads;
My beloved Nighthwak just died and I'm really ticked...it's been a great router and fr5ankly I'm surprised. My CM600 modem has outlasted 2 freaking Netgears; so I began to think...Is it really worth the extra money? I had the latest fw, etc, began with one of the 4 LAN ports dying...Nothing outlandish in my home- 3 Roku TVs, 2 wired servers, 2 laptops, 1 desktop 3 mobiles...Would you reconsider or just buy another Netgear?

Welp, after 4 years of faithful service, it started losing ports and acting bizarre.
We are none the wiser about what you saw.
Bizarre could mean many things.

Welp, after 4 years of faithful service, it started losing ports and acting bizarre. So I threw a temp router up and will reset the Nighthawk and force the latest update. Netgear was of little help- sorry, no support contract, no help...UGH!
