R700 Ports won't open?

I am having a very strange issue.....I had a few ports open on my R7000 and they all worked fine. Now all of a sudden none of them will open and when I go to canyouseeme.org even using standard ports like 21 & 80 those time out as does every other one I try.

I do not think my modem is out of bridge mode as my WAN ip in the R7000 and over at whatismyip.com shows the same so it doesnt look like I am double NAT.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? I even tried making one of my machines DMZ and still nothing.

The machine I am trying to forward ports to has a static IP so I know im good there

Solved with a reboot...how strange!

When you log into the router and click on Internet under the Basic tab what kind of IP address does your router have?
