R7000 AC 1900 Wifi Router Keeps Dropping 5G

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get my router to stop dropping the 5G connection. This is constant. I've turned off QOS. That seemed to help the speed among my devices but the constant dropping and having to unplug and plug in the router is constant. You can probably tell by the speed of my typing that I'm writing this from my 2.4 Ghz connection 😉
Firmware update is set to auto. Current version is: Firmware Version V1.0.11.100_10.2.100
My channels don't seem TOO congested, currently on 161. Screen shot attached.
I am not using smart connect.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated 😃

Ok, so I went ahead and flashed the firmware to Firmware Version V1.0.9.42_10.2.44. My Internet has been running great ever since!
Can anyone point me to the optimal settings I should be changing?
