So I have a R7000 and lately I have been lagging , I’m the only one connected with my ps4 500+ ping all the time no exaggeration , I blocked everyone and disconnected my phone from the WiFi .. why am I lagging ? Firmware is updated ... rebooted all that

You should do a factory reset after a firmware update. If that doesn't work, go back to the previous firmware version.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions.
Reset settings, and reconfigure as required.
