R7000 V1.0.11.126_10.2.112 Slow LAN speeds.

Hi Im running a R7000 V1.0.11.126_10.2.112 and decided to run iperf3 between my mac (wifi 5ghz) and windows server (ethernet gbit).

Its more or less stock standard, but I've discovered the max speed is approx 300 mbits per second, which I expected to be much higher and closer to 1 gbit/s ... anyone else find this? Is there a logical explanation?
