I stumbled on this FW today and was wondering if anyone @ Netgear cared to comment on it.
It's 12KB larger than the .48
Dated 12/21/2015
Has all the options that .48 had from what I can tell
Confirmed Port Forwarding does work for QNAPCLOUD
Faster file transfers from LAN to WiFi @ 866.7 peaked 74MBps averaged mid 60's
Connection rates 866.7~780.0MBps
A 7.73GB file now tranfers in UNDER 2 minutes.
I am able to ping and reach my gateway @ 10.0.0.1 which I couldn't with .48
Seems like a winner so far.
Good JOB!

Re: R7000-V1.0.5.52_1.1.81.chk
iPhone 4s Speedtest now hits 52MBps which is a first, and is better than mid 30's with r8000.
R7000 2.4 and auto channel in case your wondering
Signal (dBm) is 26 5g @1300 and 25 2.4 @ 289 These are back to the levels the r7000 had when first released more than 2 years ago

I haven't run stock firmware in such a long time, but I may load this on of my 7000's. If anyone runs this FW in AP mode, can you check to see if NTP works?

Re: R7000-V1.0.5.52_1.1.81.chk
I'm sort of confused at the moment, so we have a beta firmware which is V1.0.5.52 which looks to be really good then now we have 1.0.6.28 which doesnt seem to be as good? XD I would have thought 1.0.6.28 would have included everything V1.0.5.52 had

Re: R7000-V1.0.5.52_1.1.81.chk
Runs well. The added support for the Arlo cameras works great - means I can use the R7000 as the base station and ditch the other hardware that came with the cameras.
