R7000P - Can't Disable Remote Management

Firmware: V1.3.3.142_10.1.75

Cannot disable remote mgmt under Advanced/Advanced Setup/Web Services Management

I uncheck the Turn on Remote Management box and click Apply.  It returns checked.

Also cannot change the port # or the IP Address selections (Everyone/Range/Only This Computer).  I can toggle the HTTPS requirement box.

Only using this as a router.  WIFI is disabled.

I upgraded to the latest firmware (above) because of stability issues.  Defaulted it and manually reconfigured after the upgrade.  Not sure if I enabled remote mgmt after the upgrade, but need it disabled for a PCI scan now.

Anyone else seeing this?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Try a different browser? 

Is the Nighthawk app connected to the router?

Factory default after firmware upgrade - Yes.

Tried Chrome/FF/Edge/IE11.  Didn't make any difference.  None allowed the change.

Not onsite so the Nighthawk app is useless.
