R7350 update not working
My Netgear app on my phone states there is an update (1.2.0.92) i follow the instructions to update however once it states it's done the update shows up again. Any ideas on how to get it to download?
*I do have a laptop but it's doesn't have the port to hook it up to the router so I cannot do it that way

What firmware version are you on?
You can try updating manually.

You stand a better chance of success using a web browser on your laptop than when using a mobile device (phone). Download the firmware update file. With your laptop connected to the router via Wi-Fi, follow the manual update instructions.
