R8000 RMA return shipping label
I did not receive the return shipping label with warranty replacement unit. I paid for Advance Ground service where $16.90 charged to my credit card so that I would receive the replacement unit first, and send the defective unit with the return label. I spent more than an hour on the phone to reach technical support who said they would need to escalate to RMA department. I should hear from them in 24 hours. And then tech support person just hung up on me while I was talking.

Unfortunately, this isn't the place to deal with warranty issues.
You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.
Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.
If you want "official" support then you should go through the right channels.
