R8000 Will not go back online
Just recently, my R8000 Router will NOT go back online when checking ReadyCloud. I have full internet access, but can not access my printer or external HD. I've unplugged the rounter several times. Unplugged the printer several times. NOthing works

Re: R8000 Will not go back online
I'm a bit confused by this.
You have access to the internet but you can't access your printer or extenderal hard drive?
A bit more details on this would help.
What router do you have? You put R8000 in your title line but R8000P in the signature.
And what firmware is on it?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Did this just start?
Are they both connected via usb?
You tried rebooting/unplugging.
Does it work if only 1 is connected?

What does that mean?
The router loses its connection to the Internet?
Something else?
I have full internet access, but can not access my printer or external HD.
What has ReadyCloud got to do with the printer or external HDs?
ReadyCloud exists to let you access your network from somewhere out on the Internet.
