R8000 X6 Nighthawk not connecting to internet
Internet provider suggested doing a hard reset on router. Since then, router will not connect to Internet. On Nighthawk app when trying to connect to Internet, it says “router not found”. No devices will connect to WiFi. We have tried shutting it down via a power cycle several times and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Did you follow the installation guide after the reset?
