R8000 incorrect password for wifi, 2.4gHz channel not recognized

Hello - My router was reset last week and since then it hasn't been working correctly.

1- Only 5gHz channel 2 allows login, other channel says password incorrect even tho it matches router config

2 - My 2.4gHz channel isn't visable at all

3 - My stupid printer doesn't detect any of my wifi networks

I updated the firmware when the router reset to 1.0.4.68_10.1.75.

I have tried

1- disabling smart connect (was already disabled)

2 - setting password to 12 characters, resetting password multiple times

3 - disabling QoS (was already disabled)

4 - changing channels to 44 and 149

I am reluctant to do a hard reset or restore because I do have at least 1 channel working and what if that stops working?? I do have an ethernet connection to the router.
