R8000 remove from My Account
I need to UN-register a couple of old devices from my account, but apparently this is no longer available to be done. I've bought a number of Netgear products... and even recommend to others. If I can't get this resolved... that stops now. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately, a year or so ago, Netgear removed the user's ability to "unregister" devices. If you really do need to make this happen, then you need divine intervention in the shape of a Netgear moderator. Maybe @Blanca_O, @Christian_R, @ChristineT or @DexterJB can help.
