R8000P 2.4 Ghz not visible in the network

Hello NETGEAR community,

I have for a thesis, a EMLID Reach RS2 and a EMLID M2. I connected them to my NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK R8000P router.

For some reasons now, they don’t connect to the router anymore. Worse, they don’t even detect it . All my other devices are fine and detect my 3 networks (2.4 Ghz and two 5Ghz) . And even on some devices, the 2.4 Ghz isn't detectable...

I tried to reset the router : no success.

What could be the problem ?
