R8000p WPA2 Personal android issue

I have a very strange issue. I have R8000P router. Two android phone. One is redmi note 7 pro. If I use 1.4.1.30 firmware I am able to connect as WPA2 Personal on redmi note 7 pro. But if I upgrade it to latest firmware 1.4.4.94 Wifi do not connect. I have to convert WIFI as WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] to connect to redmi note 7 pro.
The only difference it seems is Armor was introduced after 1.4.1.30 this firmware.
I tried enabling armor trial but it is showing failed to activate. I am not using Smart Connect. (Smart connect has the same issue).

What error does it give you?
When you upgrade, are you factory resetting and starting with all new settings (not using a backup for install)?
Are any other devices having issues?
Tried everything. Reset after firmware upgrade. Hard physical reset. Setting up from fresh. Nothing works on redmi note 7 pro after Netgear introduced Armor in their firmware.
I do not have more android devices.
Try disabling MAC ADDRESS randomizer on the Android phones...
