I have searched the community forums extensively for a solution to the dreaded "Receiving throughput dropped below acceptible rate" message. I've seen several good posts on setting QOS on other Netgear routers, but nothing on how to get the Dynamic QoS to work. Help!!!

Re: R8500 and iRacing
You're kidding, right? The issue is with a R8500, which has Dynamic QoS, at mentioned in the original post. As a moderator, I'd think you knew that or at least researched it a bit.
After four hours on the phone with tech support, it was determined that the R8500 will ONLY work with iRacing when DMZ is set up. Too risky for my network. Router has been discarded. Competitor's comparable router installed and working.
