Router 6350 no internet on 2.4g 5g is working fine
I just set up my new R5350...App didn't work connecting it, so I had to use admin login. 5g network is working fine, but the 2.4g isn't showing any internet. Other issue was even though I changed all the names and PW to previous ones used, I still had to re-log in with ALL my devices.

Do you know for sure that you have devices connecting to the 2.4g network.

Some devices look for more than the SSID and password. MAC addresses can come into play. You don't day what the devices are, but I wouldn't expect them all to do that.

That will be the R6350?
And which app is that?

What does that mean? You can see the SSID but it does not connect to the Internet?
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.
My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V
