Router Internet Offline

So I’m beyond confused. I’ve been fiddling with my router for the past two days trying my hardest to get it connected to the internet again. I started off with the usual unplug, wait and then plug things back in (using the right order and time between) changed Ethernet cables and attempted to fix every setting I could find in the settings. Now I am running the latest firmware (V1.2.0.76_1.0.1). When I power cycle everything I get internet for a random amount of time, sometimes a couple minutes sometimes a couple seconds (never longer than say 5min). The indicator light for the internet starts white like it’s supposed to do but then goes to amber and disconnects from the modem. Now I’ve called and talked to my isp and they are telling me that my modem is responding normally and isn’t loosing any information which is good. If anyone can help me figure this out I would appreciate it so much.
