Router keeps dropping connection

Ok, just checkin.
Something else that you might try, take the router to say a friend, neighbor or families place and run same thing there to see if problem follows or not. Might help narrow down if it's the router or something else.
hmm good thought. I might give that a try. Currently going back and forth with my ISP regarding the Modem to trouble shoot it as well just in case.
I believe those PACE modems are getting up in age as well.
Something to try, configure the modem back to router mode, use the modems DMZ for the IP address that the NH router gets and test again. Can also test your downloads thru the modem in router mode with your PC to see if same thing happens or not, with out the NH router connected.Im not sure what youre referring to with 'PACE' modems. This is a Sagemcom Fast 3896, which is the newest modem currently offered by them.
