Router no connection, extender works fine?
So our router is saying there’s no internet connection, but when we connect to our non-netgear extender, we have a connection. This makes no sense because you’d think if there’s no connection, the extender wouldn’t work either. Any thoughts? We’re at a loss and the netgear support isn’t helpful because we need a support subscription.
Thanks so much.

Re: Router no connection, extender works fine?
What modem/gateway do you have the router connected to?
Firmware on the router? (you have the R6120?)
What extender are you using?
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
