Router r900 factor reset not accepting "password" as the default password
I received the above router from my son since he got a new one to replace an older router. I did a factory reset as described in the instructions, bur when I put password in the field it states that it is incorrect. I have reset the router number of times and I get the same results.
Any suggestions on where to go from here.
Thanks
Bruce

Make sure you are using all lower case letters.

when you reset, are you pushing and holding reset while its powered on until the lights change?
I've seen it just clicked on thinking that resets it.
